1. Sound sleep
Sleep ! yes , you can sleep peacefully because you don’t have to attend late night calls from bae just to do some useless talk, even if you are damn exhausted. You can sleep anytime. Early or late, because no one to disturb you at night on the name of love.
2. No Worries
If you are single than you will have peace of mind every time. Because you don’t have to worry about thoughts like “ does he really love me?”, “What he would be doing right now?”, “Why he didn’t called today?”, “Why he is so busy nowadays?”, “Is he cheating me?”, “Did he find some one more attractive?” “Damn, Am I becoming Ugly?”, “ Who was that girl he is talking with?”, “Why he didn’t text good morning?” And some more sheet…
3. Flirt with anyone
Find that boy attractive? Boom!!! Go and say Hi. When you are single you have all the rights to flirt with anyone. You can flirt as much as you want without feeling shame or guilt.
4. You can do whatever you want
Yes, There is no one to comment on your baggy clothes or advise you to do this and don’t do that just because they want you to see like that. No dialogues like “babe, don’t wear lipstick” “Don’t go out without covering your face” Don’t talk to boys” “Don’t talk much” and all. You can be You!
5. Freedom from Be beautiful concept
• That trip to the parlor in every 15 days.
• That painful waxing n hair removal treatment
• That look good every time (because babe, you have to meet your bf anytime. and you can’t look ungroomed in front of him)
• Expense of outfits (Coz you can’t repeat clothes every time you meet)
• Expense of accessories (because an outfit is not complete without good shoes and accessories)
• That struggle to find out good hairstyle!! Ugh!! The toughest part of dating! (because you can’t go in messy hair with him)
6. You can be You
The biggest perk of being single is You can be You. You don’t have the fear of loosing and impressing him/her as a result You can enjoy your flows. Instead of doing whatever he/she likes You can do whatever you want. You can stay in your Pajamas and messy hair. You will roam around without giving damn about how you look.

10 winter delight you must try in India
Winter + food = yeyyy... this equation is perfect. Winter and food, this combination go side by side.
Winter is the season when there is a flood of fresh veggies and fruits. In India winter is the “Queen of the seasons” for food lovers. Winter is also the best season for health lover and diet conscious people. For me, winter means morning walks, fresh food, hot coffee, sweaters and much more… Here I am going to showcase some of the mouthwatering winter foods you must try while it’s still cold outside. So sit back and enjoy the food safari with me.
This dish, I can die for. Well, I don’t have sweet tooth but this dish is definitely my favorite or any Indian fella’s favorite. During winter Indian markets are full of fresh carrots and also they are cheap during this season. So you can gulp into Gajar ka halwa as many time as you want. You can buy it from outside or can make it at home but maa ke hath ka Gajar ka halwa has no competition at all. For those who thinks making gajar ka halwa is fuss, then let me tell you it’s not! It’s a really easy dish which needs only 3-4 ingredients. So, come on try it once and you won’t regret gulping this awesome dish. Plus it has its own nutrition benefits. Carrots are a good source of antioxidant agents. Carrots are full of vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, vitamin B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, copper, and manganese. So happy gajar ka halwa to you all!

I know you all gonna creep out while hearing “Bengan” Bengan is not a much-loved vegetable by people. But hey its winter and how can you miss the opportunity to eat Bengan ka bhartha. During winters vegetables are fresh and cheap. So Bengan at its delicious. And at chili winter morning steamy began ka bhartha is must try. And it’s another time-saving dish for lazy buts like me.

That tacky taste of Aamla we all love. And how can we miss the experiment of drinking water after biting Aamla, the taste of water suddenly becomes sweet! We did it a lot in our childhood. Well, we still do it. The best way to eat Aamla is to pickle them. Just wash aamla properly, prick deeply with a fork, take a bowl add water, turmeric, and salt and add the amla and leave it for two days and you are good to go.

Winter is heaven for health conscious people. No gujju health freak will miss on adadiya and methi paak. It’s basically a sweet dish which is prepared using the flour of Arad ni dal flour (Black Gram Dal/Urad Dal) which is well roasted along with ghee and naturally healthy ingredients like dry fruits and spice powders. It has healing properties that body requires during cold winters.
8) Kachariyu:
Kachariyu is basically crushed leftovers of till. Wich is combined with jaggery and grated coconuts. This is traditional Gujarati sweet dish specially made in winters. It keeps a body warm, skin moisturized and provide the energy needed during winter.

It’s another winter fruit which is very delicious it’s sweet. It’s green in color. Raw Jamfal is bit tangy and hard in texture but when it’s ripe it’s sweet in test and soft in texture.

Why I don’t want to talk to anyone!
Hi, at some point of your life all you want to do is just ditch your mobile phone, isolate yourself and slap each and every person who come and say hi to you. It happens! And it is happening with me right now. And it becomes pretty much hard to explain in one line that why the hell I don’t want to talk to anyone. So, I am writing this whole big letter to explain why I don’t want to talk to anyone. May this help to answer your question which I am afraid to explain! Instead of judging me and giving me a lecture about being strong, can you please be polite and just tell me how awesome I am. Please? Ok, here we go….
#Reason 1 because I am sad
Yeah, I am sad, because things are not going as I expected. My life has resulted completely opposite as I dreamed it off. I am not doing a job which I wanted to. I have lost my best friend with whom I shared each and every emotion, with whom I spend some really hahaha moments, some really supportive and motivated actions. And one day we fought and she left me! I am sad because I have master degree and still some of my relatives brought me Rishta for guys, one of them is drunkard, one of them is rickshawala, one of them has no reputation in town as he had many affairs and one of his affair was with married woman (that married woman had love marriage even though this guy and she had affair I mean like why??) Anyways, the point is you have no idea how heartbreaking it is to get Rishta like this for you when you are perfectly eligible for having a handsome, rich, gentleman type guy! Let me answer some of your questions.
Am I ugly? Nope, Not at all.
Do I have a bad reputation in town? No ways.
Am I poor? Yes, I am not rich. (Maybe that’s why)
OK, move on to other reasons
Why I don’t want to talk to anyone
#Reason 2 because I am not in mood to get any harsh comment
I know you can’t get sweet sugary words always! But Dude, just look at me. I am sad, upset I am already cursing myself and telling myself that you are stupid, dumbass, idiot and good for nothing. Why do you need to add some topping by giving harsh comments and laughing at me? I have failed in an interview I am already feeling law. And at this stage, I don’t want my colleagues to laugh at me that “haha how’s your interview? What did you fail? Hahaha, you are an idiot.” “Which post it was? What back office? So low profile job!” “Hey, my mom is ill and we are searching for a maid, would you like to do zhaadu pota of my house?” (Because the job you applied for interview was low profile according to them)
Why guys??? You are my colleagues. You are my friends. At this low phase of my life, you supposed to cheer me up by saying that don’t worry, we know you are talented and you will get a better job. And what you are doing? Laughing at me??
Now, would I love to talk to you? Or anyone else??

I don’t want to talk to anyone because I just want to be with my thoughts. There is a billion thoughts are running in my mind. Dark memories of past, acidic comments I got, my ex saying me that you are good for nothing and you will never get love in life. That pundit ji saying this girl will never get love from his husband, every person I lost with whom I was really attached. Everything running in my mind like movie roll…flashbacks…
Some good thoughts... like how to improve me? What are the mistakes I did which are making me unsuccessful? How to correct those imperfections. What I need to Be Better? I don’t want to talk to anyone that doesn’t mean I am coward, over thinking, or weak.
I just want to put together all the thoughts running in my mind. Just sit and watch all darkens dance. And get over it with the stronger version of me! :)

Never post an ugly picture .No one’s gonna follow an ugly bitch! So make sure your picture is good enough.
#Tip 2 Post pictures daily.
Yes, you need to post your pictures daily once or twice in a day. The more you will appear in others feed more your chances to get followers. So try to post pictures once or twice a day.
#Tip 3 Shout outs.
The most powerful tool to get more followers is Shout outs .There is plenty of shout out pages out there that shout out your profile for free.(Don’t go to paid shout outs unless you have bag full of money to boooshhh). All you have to do is find out some free shout out pages that has a giant amount of followers all you need to do is DM them your photo and they will post your picture on their page and as they have tons of followers many will like your photo and start following you.
#Tip 4 like.
Here, this is my personal trick. Go to your search option in Instagram there will be many photos and videos with option “you might like”. All you have to do is find out photo or video that has less likes and followers. Go and like them. Yes, if you are going to like photo or video who has 2000 likes, chances are they might not notice you .But the profile with fewer likes and followers, they will definitely gonna notice you and may follow you. So try to find out a photo with less likes and like like like them.
#Tip 5 Know the best time.
You need to figure out which time is best to post a picture. Usually, early morning and late night people are online. So this is the best time to post your picture and get noticed. This way you will be noticed by more people and they will follow you.
#Tip 6 Tags.
Here you go. You clicked a nice picture, going to share on Instagram but wait a minute!
Don’t just post your pic. Tell people about this photo. Give brief info about that pic or where this picture was taken. Add some relevant tags. For example if this photo was taken while you were having fun with your friends put tags like #Fun #Friends #Goodtime etc.. Here are some popular tags which you can use.

HOW TO FEEL FRESH AFTER OFFICE
Just came from office? Feeling really tired? It can always happen after you come back from a really tiring day at your job. Sometimes, you feel frustrated about your routine. All you need is something to brighten it up! If you want to feel fresh even after office hours and stay energetic, just follow the steps.
1. Take a bath or shower. It removes impurities and germs you might have picked up. Remember that stinky socks? Your office desk full of dust on where you worked all day? , That handshake with a client at the meeting? , The pollution outside during transportation? These all things contains a lot of germs contact you had all day at work. Get rid of them by having a good bath. It will not only clean n germ-free your body but will also make you feel fresh and relax.
2. Eat a good meal or snack. Eat something healthy and light such as fresh fruit juice, milkshake, soup, popcorn, oats, chai, biscuits, bhel, salad ,dates, vegetables, fruits etc. it will fill your stomach a bit and you will feel energetic.
3. Go for a walk. Immediately reaching home after work, sitting down to watch TV or lying on your bed is boring and may make you feel depressed. Instead get up and go for a walk. Walk around your neighborhood or in the city. Take care to notice more than you usually do. Explore, and get to know the city. You may find out that there is a new food joint has opened, or new shop is opened, or you may find out new peaceful corner around your neighborhood to seat and relax. You never know!
4. Play with your children. Kids have their own kind of ability to make you smile. Go to a park and play together in the park or outside. Play some learning activities with your child or nephew or neighborhood kids inside as well. Spend time with them and you will be rolling on the floor laughing because playing with kids is always fun.
5. Watch a really funny show. Watch any comedy show on television or YouTube or anywhere. It will help you de-stress and make you laugh. Laughing itself is stress buster! When you laugh a fit of hysterics increases blood flow and boosts immunity.
6. Take a selfie! This may sound crazy, but this makes you feel happy. Just you’re your phone and take various selfie smiling, weird faces do everything you feel like. Upload it on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) The likes and appreciation you receive in comments are priceless and will make you feel happy!
7. Talk to your spouse or a friend. Share your worries with them, and receive their advice. Make sure you don't always complain otherwise they'll think you're a depressing person. Laugh about a funny incident or tell a funny joke or a funny story you had today. You will feel really relax after pouring your heart out.
8. Listen to music. While classical or hymns are best, choose slower songs. Nothing can beat stress like music! Put on your headphones and get lost in the music. A slower tempo can quiet your mind and relax your muscles, making you feel soothed.
9. Write a diary. If you have something you can't share or you are shy to talk to others, write it down. This helps you organize your thoughts and you'll feel like a big weight is removed. If you're concerned about nosy spouses or children, hide your journal, or have a journal with a key or code. This way your diary will be safe and your thoughts and feelings too.
10. Eat chocolate. Eat 1.4 ounces of dark chocolate. While this may seem counter intuitive, eating this amount daily for two weeks is associated with lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol. It works as an instant mood changer.
